i'm 5' 1'', 109 lb with a 34A bust and this dress fits me perfectly. For other petite women out there, it hits about an inch above the knee, giving it a classic look. As other reviewers have mentioned, the thick cloth makes this dress incredibly form flattering which flattens out any love handles =)
I love this dress, it gives a great shape. The thick, stretchy material hides problem areas while showing off the rest. It's a good length but it was a little too low cut for me. I am 5'5 140 lbs and a small fit me perfect everywhere except the bust. I wear a 30GG(UK) so the top didn't come over far enough on the sides, showing my bra. Unfortunately I must return it (but I just ordered another dress very similar to this one). Great purchase, very flattering dress.
I bought this dress online after reading the reviews. I am 5 ft 8, 132 lbs and thought I should buy an XS, but after I received it, it was a bit snug for my tastes. I lift a lot of weights, so I am pretty wide in back compared to my hips. I took it to the store and exchanged it for a small, and I LOVE the way it looks. I can't wait to wear it. I was hoping it would go to my knees, but it is a little bit higher on me. Nothing too extreme, but I just had knee surgery and my scar is very visible, so I think I will wait until it fades a bit before I wear the dress. The dress covers a bra perfectly and looks so classy!
I wanted a classic black dress and this one more than exceeded my expectations. The material is thick enough to keep a person warm while hugging one's curves in a flattering way. It does run on the larger side, but that seems to be the case for me with Express dresses.
