This is the most flattering dress I have ever tried on, hands down, boobs, no boobs, butt, no butt, small waist, wide waist, guarantee you will love it. Buy 1 size smaller than usual. I have it in black and white and wear them all of the time! Wear it with a cardi, denim jacket, blazer, anything. Sure to please! White is very hot for summer! I'm buying one more in white in case I stain my current one...smart thinking.
I was skeptical of this dress because of the bandage style. But once I tried it on, I was in love! I bought this in the dark blue, in an xs. I tried on a small as well, but it was a bit loose on my shoulders. What I love about this dress is that so often with express dresses and skirts, they are just a little too tight on my hips and thighs, but this dress hugs my curves and hides any 'figure flaws.' I also love that the v-neck elongates my 5'2' frame. I can't wait to wear this out!

I bought this dress today in the black at the store. I usually wear a small in Express dresses and this dress was no different. It hugs your body nicely, makes me look much slimmer and hides the not-so-perfect parts. I am 5'6" and it hits a couple inches above the knee for me. Very classy yet sexy. You can also pair it with a cropped cardigan. REAL HOT dress.
