I'm always worried about my flaws being noticeable when wearing tighter fitting dresses. I have wide hips and a smaller torso (pear-shape) so dresses usually fit my hips but the tops are too large. Plus, I'm cautious about anything tight on my butt which makes it look flat, like some jeans do, or showing off my love handles. This dress makes me look flawless !! I have the black in Medium, I'm 5'6"...with hips :), and the length and fit is perfect. The material is sort of stretchy, so it adjusts itself to me (not the other way around). My friend, whom is tall and thin, also has this dress and it's very flattering on her too. I machine washed it and it didn't fade or shrink. It's pricey but worthy! I can see it lasting for years and it's pretty plain, so I can always change up the shoes/accessories to fit the trend and occasion. I wear this dress every chance I have! LOVE IT!
I followed the other reviews on here and bought an x-small and it fits like a glove!! I love this dress so much and can't wait to wear it! I would definitely recommend this dress!
I tried this dress on at the store because of the numerous glowing reviews. However, the dress looked terrible on me! I'm a pear shape and have curvy hips (2 size difference in my hips and bust), and this dress really emphasized that. It clung to my hips and thighs and I didn't like the way it looked. Also, the length was a bit too long for my preferences - it was right at the knee. I'm 5'3 and 110 lbs but this dress just didn't work for me.
