So, I bought this dress to wear as clubwear or to wear out to parties. I am 5'9", about 125 pounds and ordered a small, as I always do with stretchy Express dresses. I am a busty woman with next to no hips, and, when I took the dress out of the box, I could tell there would be a bit of a problem. The shape of the dress screamed "Sexy dress for Curvy women!" which I can easily say I'm not. Anyhow, wore the dress out (it's not quite short enough for clubbing, by the way) and I felt fantastic, despite the fact that the dress was a little baggy in the hips. If you don't have hips, buy a size down, the rest of the dress will stretch wonderfully over your other curves!
