Beautiful fitting skirt. It is not true to size for example I wear a size 2 in express jeans and shorts and the 00 fits me perfectly! Does the lower body wonders!!
I love the way this skirt fits. I have a black one. You can wear it at a length just above the knees for a corporate event with a suit jacket. Or you can wear it short to the club. Two outfits in one!
Like many other reviewers, I'm agreeing that this runs large - so purchase accordingly! I'm generally a size 2 at express, but I bought this in a 0 and I'm satisfied with the fit even though its still a tad big. I'm 5'3 and 105 pounds with an hourglass shape. The skirt is great for women with curvy hips and it hugs the behind nicely! My boyfriend is happy with the purchase too, ;)
The waist was very small and color was dull looking. I wear a 00short for pants; therefore, bought size 0/small, but fit perfectly except it's tight on my waste...will return the item.
