Great skirt that stretches comfortable w/your figure - doesn't feel like you are glued inside the skirt like some pencil or straight-lined skirts. Can pair it up w/leggings or leave the legs bare and rock it with some killer heels. Depending on the season, you can easily wear this any time just switch out tops.
I went into Express looking for a dress, and I immediately fell in love with this skirt. Can be worn with tights for a more formal look or without for a casual look. I love the thick material and the way it shapes my hips. Blue was my favorite. Definitely recommend. Look at my picture!
