I got this in the black today. It really does run large! I usually wear a 2 or 4 in skirts, but had to get a 0 to get the correct fit! I'm 5'5", 120lbs (36in hips), and I do NOT fit a 0 anymore. So FYI if you're buying online. The fabric is stretchy, so it is forgiving, but too big won't hug your bottom correctly. It sits somewhat high on the waist, as it says. It's a heavy fabric, almost jersey feeling, and it's soft. I'd say it would flatter any size person that can get into it. You cannot have enough black skirts, and this one is one to get!
I own mulitple different colors in the bandage skirt from Express and i have to say that they are absolutely amazing. The colors are gorgeous and the fabric is very comfortable and flexible. They tend to run large so i would recommend a size smaller than you wear, because they also stretch. This skirt looks great with flats and also with heels. This bandage skirt is a MUST HAVE!!!
This was definitely the best purchase I made all summer. I bought this skirt in white, black, and dark gray. I was a little apprehensive after I got home that maybe I went overboard, but I could not have been more wrong. I have worn these things to death!! Not only is it extremely comfortable, but it is sexy and very flattering!!!!!! I have worn this skirt dressed up for nights out with some hot heels and with flip-flops and a tee shopping and and taking my daughter to a kid's play place.
